Job Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and oversee projects from start to completion
● Plan, organize and track work schedule to ensure timely delivery of target milestones
● Communicate and liaise with clients and internal teams to consolidate and validate the requirements of the project
● Manage changes in project scope proactively
● Maintain project administration and documentation
● Identify potential problems and devise contingency plans to minimize project risks
Requirements:
● 1-2 years of project management experience in an advertising, agency, production house is preferred.
● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
● Resourceful, creative, able to work independently or as a team.
● Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus.
● Experience in communicating with clients, managing projects, handling deadlines and budget.
